1.56

念謂慧念。言一者，極少時也。權謂權智，即前方便。慧謂實智，即前般若。謂少時一念二智俱備。再言之者，歎其智妙。

"Thought" refers to a thought of wisdom. "A single" means the shortest span of time. "Expedients" means upāya-jñāna, which is the aforementioned expedient means. "Wisdom" means tattva-jñāna, which is the aforementioned prajñā. It means that in a single brief thought, both wisdoms are fully present. Repeating it is an exclamation of praise for the marvel of this wisdom.
