是以知不廢寂、寂不廢知，未始不寂、未始不知，故其運物成功。化世之道雖處有名之中，而遠與無名同。

"Therefore knowing does not discard quiescence, and quiescence does not discard knowing; it has never not been quiescent, and never not knowing. Hence its operating upon things accomplishes its works. Although its way of transforming the world resides in the midst of the named, it remotely accords with the nameless."
