初句承前，後句明違。設許無會，聖心是一。復次違論，如前云「功高二儀無不為」等。後二句，違而請通也。

The first line carries over from the preceding, and the second line clarifies the contradiction. Even supposing there is no encounter, the sage mind would be one. Yet this again contradicts the treatise, as earlier said: 'its achievement is loftier than the two poles, leaving nothing undone,' etc. The final two lines state the contradiction and request an explanation.
