是、當之義已如前說。但劉公舉前文已是已當，後復云當而無當等，不知復拂是當之跡，文如矛盾、義符膠漆。依名定理，有是問也。

The meanings of assertion and match have already been explained as before. But Lord Liu adduces the earlier text where it has already asserted and already matched, and then again says 'matches yet is without match', etc., not realizing that this again wipes away the traces of assertion and match; the phrasing seems contradictory, but the meaning tallies like glue and lacquer. Formulating the principle according to names, he raises this question.
