秦王道性自然、天機邁俗，城塹三寶、弘道事務，由是異典勝僧方遠而至，靈鷲之風萃（集）于茲土。

The King of Qin's nature for the Way is spontaneous, his natural capacity transcends the mundane; he acts as a city wall and moat for the Three Jewels, and devotes his efforts to propagating the Way. Because of this, extraordinary scriptures and supreme monks have arrived from afar, and the atmosphere of the Vulture Peak gathers in this land.
