不差者，應不失機，即前無不為也。無是者，由感而應，本非我故。寂怕下，可知。此但決擇前宗中真諦可亡而知等。

"Without error" means that in responding it does not miss the opportune capacity; this is the "nothing it does not do" mentioned earlier. "Without assertion" means that because it responds according to stimulus, it is fundamentally not "I." From "quiescently..." onward can be understood. This merely resolves the earlier proposition that "ultimate truth can be forgotten, yet knowing...", and so on.
