此由名家執出在之名而折非出非在之妙，願樂欲聞，故於答前先舉妙體之玄以拂聞相，令忘名會旨。

This is because the Named clung to the names of transcending and abiding to dispute the wonder of neither transcending nor abiding; wishing and desiring to hear it, therefore, prior to answering, [the Nameless] first raises the profundity of the wondrous substance to brush away the mark of hearing, causing him to forget names and meet the purport.
