The first two clauses broadly explain that the single wisdom is entirely empty and dark. The next two clauses show fundamental wisdom illuminating principle. The four directions, above, and below are called the six directions. The latter two clauses show subsequent wisdom reaching phenomena. From "reflecting the myriad" downward, it means that the myriad existences are in the square inch without any deluded thoughts, hence it is said "remains ever empty." This discriminates the profundity of wisdom; below clarifies the wonder of realization.
