為斥二見，故言非有非無。豈可聞說非有，却計是無等。謂者，計謂之謂。

In order to refute the two views, he therefore says it is neither existent nor non-existent. How could one, hearing it said to be non-existent, conversely reckon it to be non-being, and so forth? “To call” means the calling of reckoning and presuming.
