初二句離過，次二句證理。次二句，初由契理，恒沙佛法一一隨理周遍法界。後二句，由心想滅故功皆無相，無容我證我為，如何乃至積德起於涉求哉？

The first two sentences leave behind faults; the next two sentences realize principle. In the subsequent two sentences: first, due to tallying with principle, the Buddha-dharmas as numerous as the sands of the Ganges one by one accord with principle and pervade the Dharma realm. In the latter two sentences: because mental conceptions are eradicated, all merits are animitta, leaving no room for ‘I realize’ or ‘I do’; how then could accumulating virtues arise from pursuing aspirations?
