文和二年（癸巳）八月上旬參籠丁眾旁以有存旨之間奉安置當室了。存生之程自專，契約別紙註之矣。

During the first ten days of the eighth month in the second year of Bunna (mizunoto-mi), because the participating monastic assembly also shared this intention, it was reverently placed in this room. The private management for the duration of one's life is noted in the separate contract.
