問度世事，沙門道人，當以六意視凡夫，教布施乃至智慧為六。沙門道人教去惡為善，開示正道，恩大於父母也。

When inquiring into matters of liberation from the world, the śramaṇa or man of the Way should regard ordinary persons with six intentions, teaching [the six pāramitās] from dāna up to prajñā as the six. The śramaṇa or man of the Way teaches the abandoning of evil for good and reveals the correct path; his kindness is greater than that of one's parents.
