3.11

「弟子某甲等，奉請本師釋迦牟尼、如來、應、正等覺，為受菩薩戒和上。我依和上故，得受菩薩戒，慈愍故（三說）。」

"I, disciple so-and-so, and others, respectfully invite our fundamental teacher Śākyamuni, Tathāgata, Arhat, Samyaksambuddha, to be the preceptor for receiving the bodhisattva precepts. Relying on the preceptor, I am able to receive the bodhisattva precepts, out of compassionate pity." (Spoken three times).
