3.13

「弟子某甲等，奉請曼殊室利菩薩摩訶薩，為受菩薩戒阿闍梨。我依阿闍梨故，得受菩薩戒，慈愍故（三說）。」

"I, disciple so-and-so, and others, respectfully invite Mañjuśrī Bodhisattva-Mahāsattva to be the ācārya for receiving the bodhisattva precepts. Relying on the ācārya, I am able to receive the bodhisattva precepts, out of compassionate pity." (Spoken three times).
