「弟子某甲等，奉請彌勒菩薩摩訶薩，為受菩薩戒教授師。我依教授師故，得受菩薩戒，慈愍故（三說）。」

"I, disciple so-and-so, and others, respectfully invite Maitreya Bodhisattva-Mahāsattva to be the instructing master for receiving the bodhisattva precepts. Relying on the instructing master, I am able to receive the bodhisattva precepts, out of compassionate pity." (Spoken three times).
