奉施繒旛得十功德：一者處世如幢國王大臣親友知識恭敬供養，二者豪富自在具大財寶，三者善名流布遍至諸方，四者形貌端嚴壽命長遠，五者常於生處施行堅固，六者有大名稱，七有大威德，八生在上族，九命終生天，十速得涅槃。

Offering silk banners yields ten merits: first, dwelling in the world like a standard, venerated and served by kings, great ministers, relatives, and good friends; second, being wealthy and independent, fully endowed with great treasures; third, having a good reputation spread everywhere to all directions; fourth, having an upright and dignified appearance and a long lifespan; fifth, always having giving be steadfast wherever one is born; sixth, possessing great fame; seventh, possessing great majesty and virtue; eighth, being born into a high clan; ninth, at the end of life being born in heaven; tenth, swiftly attaining nirvāṇa.
