次說菩薩三聚戒相：一者、律儀戒，誓斷一切惡盡。二者、攝善法戒，誓修一切善盡。三者、饒益有情戒，誓度一切眾生盡。

Next, explain the characteristics of the bodhisattva threefold pure precepts: first, the precepts of restraint, vowing to sever all evil completely; second, the precepts of collecting wholesome dharmas, vowing to cultivate all good completely; third, the precepts of benefiting sentient beings, vowing to deliver all sentient beings completely.
