安永二年癸巳十月，於興福寺慈門院，以春日社本談義屋本校合，補脫文、正寫誤竟，每字傍注本字者是也。

In the tenth month, guisi, of the second year of An'ei, at Jimon-in of Kōfuku-ji, collation was finished against the Kasuga Shrine exemplar and the Dangi-ya exemplar, supplying omitted text and correcting copying errors; those with original characters noted beside each character are these.
