上來所明菩提分法、四攝六度，並通相修。通相修中，按諸經論而更廣明四無量等，恐繁且止。

The aids to awakening, four means of embrace, and six perfections explained above are all cultivated in common terms. Regarding cultivation in common terms, explaining the four immeasurables and so forth more extensively according to the various sūtras and treatises is feared to become too verbose, so it is temporarily set aside.
