謂二障種習、有漏種現皆永斷捨故，捨此名因并劣無漏亦皆捨盡。

This means that because the seed-habits of the two obstacles and the defiled seeds and manifestations are all eternally severed and abandoned, discarding this name in the causal stage and inferior undefiled states are also completely abandoned.
