問：「何故前愚法小乘中，十使不通迷四諦，此中即通耶？」答：「此有二義：一、以三乘中煩惱功力漸漸寬廣故，障一切也。二、又由迷等義通一切境也。」

Question: "Why is it that in the former dharma-deluded Hīnayāna, the ten drivers do not apply throughout delusion regarding the four truths, whereas here they do?"
Answer: "This has two meanings: first, because within the Three Vehicles the efficacy of afflictions is gradually broader, they obscure everything; second, also because the meaning of delusion and so forth applies to all objects."
