3.34

十六、又以六識煩惱寄至四地，末那煩惱寄至七地，八地已去唯有所知障，此亦為顯世間二乘菩薩位，故作此說也。

Sixteenth, furthermore, assigning the afflictions of the sixth consciousness [to be severed] up to the fourth stage, and assigning the afflictions of the manas [to be severed] up to the seventh stage, while from the eighth stage onward there is only cognitive obscuration: this statement is also made to reveal the stages of mundane beings, the two vehicles, and bodhisattvas.
