第四、非有非無者，戲論於真是妄情，故失於真理，即是斷也。戲論有真而謂為真者，理無有真，故是常也。

Fourth, regarding neither existence nor nonexistence: conceptual proliferation regarding the true is deluded sentiment, and therefore losing the true principle is annihilation. Proliferating the existence of the true and asserting it to be the true, since in principle there is no such true, is permanence.
