初、列名者，謂一切因皆有六義：一空有力不待緣、二空有力待緣、三空無力待緣、四有有力不待緣、五有有力待緣、六有無力待緣。

First, listing the names: All causes possess six meanings: 1. empty, potent, and not dependent on conditions; 2. empty, potent, and dependent on conditions; 3. empty, impotent, and dependent on conditions; 4. existent, potent, and not dependent on conditions; 5. existent, potent, and dependent on conditions; 6. existent, impotent, and dependent on conditions.
