問：六道因果本非聖位，因何攝在普賢門中？答：六道因果是背聖法，普賢方便迴成返道行及逆行門，令諸有情方便依厭得解脫故。

Question: The cause and result of the six destinies are originally not holy stages; why are they subsumed within the approach of Samantabhadra? Answer: The cause and result of the six destinies run contrary to the holy Dharma, but Samantabhadra's expedient means turns them into practices that reverse the path and the approach of reverse-conduct, so that through these expedient means all sentient beings may rely on revulsion and attain liberation.
