3.62

人法二空者，謂人空、法空。人我執無處所顯真如名人空，法我執無所顯真如名法空。人空通小乘，而未清淨，至三乘方清淨。法空在三乘，而未清淨，至一乘究竟淨。餘義如別章。

Regarding the two emptinesses of person and phenomena: this refers to the emptiness of the person and the emptiness of phenomena. The suchness revealed where grasping at personal selfhood is absent is called 'the emptiness of the person.' The suchness revealed where grasping at the selfhood of phenomena is absent is called 'the emptiness of phenomena.' The emptiness of the person is shared with the Hīnayāna, but it is not yet purified; only upon reaching the Triyāna is it purified. The emptiness of phenomena is in the Triyāna, but it is not yet purified; upon reaching the Ekayāna it is definitively purified. The rest of the doctrine is as in the separate chapter.
