見行、法行者，小乘見道前入道方便趣向利鈍二種人也。由是入聖初方便相，故今別明此二行相，準前八人章。

Regarding the view-practitioner and the dharma-practitioner: these are the two types of persons, sharp and dull, who are oriented toward the expedients for entering the path prior to the path of vision in the Hīnayāna. Because these are the characteristics of the initial expedients for entering sagehood, these two aspects of practice are now clarified separately, according to the preceding Chapter on the Eight Persons.
