七、歸華藏者，謂此等一切雜染世界各皆同盡，唯是蓮華藏莊嚴世界海，數過剎塵，一一皆悉遍周法界，不相障礙，悉於其中演說斯法。

Seventh, "returning to Padmagarbha" means that all these defiled and impure worlds are simultaneously exhausted, being solely the Padmagarbha-vyūhālaṅkāra-lokadhātusamudra, exceeding in number the atoms of lands, each and every one completely pervading the dharmadhātu without mutual obstruction, and within all of them this Dharma is proclaimed.
