七、解脫力故者，謂此皆是不思議解脫力之所現故，如〈不思議品〉十種解脫中云「於一塵中建立三世一切佛剎」等。

Seventh, "because of the power of liberation" means that these are all manifestations of the power of inconceivable liberation, as stated among the ten kinds of liberation in the "Chapter on the Inconceivable": "establishing all the buddha-lands of the three periods of time within a single dust mote," and so forth.
