一、捨邪歸正門，謂但捨外道三邪，歸於有漏三寶，此約人天說，以於此中無無漏故，佛亦同也。

First, the approach of abandoning the heterodox and taking refuge in the correct: this means merely abandoning the three heterodoxies of tīrthikas and taking refuge in the contaminated Three Jewels. This is explained according to devas and humans, because within this there is no uncontaminated [realm], and the Buddha is also the same.
