生滅流轉，略作十門：一明違順、二斷常、三一異、四有無、五生滅、六前後、七時世、八因果、九真妄、十成觀。

Arising, ceasing, and saṃsāric transmigration are briefly treated under ten gates: first, explaining conflict and accord; second, annihilation and permanence; third, unity and difference; fourth, existence and non-existence; fifth, arising and ceasing; sixth, prior and posterior; seventh, times and periods; eighth, cause and effect; ninth, real and delusive; tenth, accomplishing contemplation.
