1.19

夫歸宗巨壑，亡委輸於百川；會寂真源，銷緣成於萬有。是故眾流亡而相盡，多緣寂而法空，歸體息於攀緣，奪相止於迷惑。今就理而言，略顯十義：

Returning to the tenet of the great chasm, the branching tributaries of the hundred rivers are obliterated; converging in the quiescence of the true source, the conditional formations of the myriad existents are dissolved. Therefore, the manifold streams vanish and marks are exhausted; multiple conditions are quiescent and phenomena are empty. Returning to essence ceases grasping at conditions; stripping away marks puts an end to delusion. Now, speaking in terms of principle, ten meanings are briefly displayed:
