Question: 'When the boundless nature of principle completely pervades a single speck of dust, is there the nature of principle in the locations of other external phenomena, or is there no nature of principle? If there is principle outside the dust speck, then it does not pervade a single speck of dust in its entire substance! If there is no principle outside the dust speck, then it does not pervade all phenomena in its entire substance. The meanings are extremely contradictory!'
