The words "departing from all grasping and rejecting" belong in meaning to the preceding sentence, but in phrasing connect to the following sentence. That is, not rejecting all that is conditioned and grasping quiescent non-action belongs in meaning to the preceding sentence. When the sentiment of grasping and rejecting is gone, naturally one flows into the ocean of omniscient wisdom (sarvajñā); this connects in phrasing to the following sentence. The eighth ground, the Immovable, also explains this principle. Sarvajñā is translated as omniscience. Here, explaining the virtue of the fruition as the Way, it is deep and vast like an ocean.
