觀曰：一、理遍於事門，謂能遍之理，性無分限。所遍之事，分位差別。一一事中理皆全遍，非是分遍。何以故？以彼真理不可分故，是故一一纖塵皆攝無邊真理，無不圓足。

The contemplation states: 1. The gate of principle pervading phenomena: this means that the pervading principle has a nature without boundaries or limits, while the pervaded phenomena have distinct states and differences. Within each and every phenomenon, principle fully pervades entirely, not in parts. Why is this? Because that true principle cannot be divided. Therefore, each and every fine dust particle fully integrates the boundless true principle, completely perfect in every way.
