釋曰：此下答中二：先雙標、後雙釋。今即初也。上問但問大小，今正答一異，兼於大小。由於理事二法相望，故云各非一異。

Explanation: Below this, the answer has two parts: first, a dual formulation; second, a dual explanation. Now this is the first. The question above only asked about large and small, but now the direct answer addresses unity and difference while also encompassing large and small. Because the two dharmas of principle and phenomena are viewed in relation to each other, it says "each is neither identical nor different."
