謂能遍之事是有分限，所遍之理要無分限，此有分之事於無分之理全同非分同。

This means that phenomena, which are the pervading subjects, have divisions and limits, while principle, which is the pervaded object, must be without divisions or limits; these divided phenomena are entirely identical with the undivided principle, not partially identical.
