又大海全遍一波時，不妨舉體全遍諸波；一波全匝大海時，諸波亦各全匝，互不相礙。思之。

Furthermore, when the great ocean entirely pervades a single wave, this does not prevent its entire substance from entirely pervading all waves; when a single wave entirely encompasses the great ocean, all waves also each entirely encompass it, mutually unobstructed. Reflect on it.
