前難外事有理則不全遍於一塵，若全遍一塵則不全遍於外事；今以非一非異故，內外皆全而無礙也。

The previous objection argued that if external phenomena have principle, it does not completely pervade a single speck of dust, and if it completely pervades a single speck of dust, it does not completely pervade external phenomena. Now, because it is neither identical nor different, both within and without are complete, without obstruction.
