Here it directly clarifies that all phenomena mutually subsume and enter, being simultaneously complete, infinitely layered and inexhaustible. The previous three propositions just provisionally cited one case to let one gradually see their meaning and function. Speaking of the interaction and mutual presence of all phenomena, they are simultaneous. Now we clearly see that as soon as one lamp enters among the mirrors, each mirror simultaneously and individually contains multiple lamps without before or after. Likewise, with the Buddhas, bodhisattvas, and sentient beings of the six paths: if they do not exist, that is all; but if they exist, in a single kṣaṇa they penetrate throughout all ordinary beings and sages of the past, future, present, and the ten directions.
