溥融八九，令各各一時頓具，故云一一具前兩重四句。然則亦總融前九。前九展轉相由，故不出一及一切互相望故。前九又不頓顯，故此攝令同一剎那。既總別同時，即重重無盡也。

Universally interpenetrating the eighth and the ninth, causing each to be endowed at once simultaneously; therefore it is said: "Each and every one is endowed with the preceding two sets of four propositions." However, it also universally fuses the preceding nine. The preceding nine unfold depending on one another, and thus do not go beyond the one and all looking toward each other. Moreover, the preceding nine are not revealed all at once; therefore this gate gathers them into the same single kṣaṇa. Since the general and the particular are simultaneous, they are infinitely layered and inexhaustible.
