雖有空色二字，本意唯歸於空。以色是虛名虛相，無纖毫之體，故修此觀者意在此故也。文中舉色為首云空現，舉空為首不言色現、還云空不隱也，是故但名真空觀，不言真空妄色觀。

Although the two words 'śūnyatā' and 'rūpa' are used, the original intention is solely to return to emptiness. Because rūpa is an empty name and empty characteristic, lacking the slightest substance, those who cultivate this contemplation direct their intention here. In the text, when rūpa is placed first it says 'emptiness manifests'; when emptiness is placed first it does not say 'rūpa manifests', but again says 'emptiness is not concealed'. Therefore, it is only called the contemplation of true emptiness, and is not called the contemplation of true emptiness and illusory rūpa.
