且如憍陳那五比丘等，初聞佛於鹿野苑中說法，悟四諦人空，皆證阿羅漢果。圭峯云：「一言之下心地開通，一軸之中義天朗耀。」自餘聞經悟道之者，不可具引也。

Take, for example, the five bhikṣus led by Kauṇḍinya: upon first hearing the Buddha teach the Dharma in the Deer Park, they awakened to the four truths and the emptiness of persons, and all attained the fruit of arhatship. Guifeng said: "Under a single word, the mind ground opens wide; within a single scroll, the sky of meaning shines brightly." Aside from these, those who heard the scriptures and awakened to the Way cannot be cited in full.
