註華嚴經題法界觀門頌 2.13

2.13

野花開似錦，㵎水湛如藍。此頌真空即幻色而物物明矣。法燈云：「今古應無墜，分明在目前。片雲生晚谷，孤鶴下遙天。」是此義也。

Wild flowers bloom like brocade; / Ravine water is clear as indigo.
This verse [means that] true emptiness is identical to illusory form, and each and every thing is bright and clear. Fadeng said: 'From ancient times to now, there should be no decline; / Clearly it is before one's eyes: / A patch of cloud rises from the evening valley, / A lone crane descends from the distant sky.' This is the meaning.
