心隨萬境轉，轉處實能幽。義曰：此因前九十二門全理全事，到此遂令一味純真全同差別法也。此是總句，為法義體用生發之本。

The mind turns along with myriad objects; / Where it turns is truly profound. Meaning: Because the previous gates nine and ten were entirely principle and entirely phenomena, reaching this point it causes the single flavor of pure truth to be entirely identical to differentiated dharmas. This is the comprehensive line, serving as the root of the emergence of the substance and function of the dharma-meaning.
