隨緣成妙有，大用獨全彰。義曰：事無別體，依真理而成，如波因水方得成立。此門唯隨緣義也。

Accordance with conditions forms wondrous existence; / The great function alone fully manifests. The meaning is: phenomena have no separate substance; they are formed based on true principle, just as waves come to be established only due to water. This gate is exclusively the meaning of accordance with conditions.
