問：初教已去，一切諸法即空即如，一無分別，何故上言頭脚各別耶？答：非無此義，未滿故從下為言。

Question: From the Initial Teaching onward, all dharmas are immediately empty and immediately suchness, one without differentiation; why was it said above that head and foot are each distinct? Answer: It is not that this meaning is absent, but because it is not yet complete, it was spoken from the perspective of the lower.
