無方應機者，如上善教稱法界，無別取捨之方所，故云無方。此謂無盡圓滿總相教也。應普賢機也。隨病非一者，下四教也。

As for "responding without direction to faculties": as with the good teaching above, it accords with the dharmadhātu and lacks any distinct direction of taking up or casting aside; hence it is called "without direction." This refers to the universal characteristic teaching of inexhaustible perfection. It responds to the faculties of Samantabhadra. As for "according to their diseases, being not of one kind": this refers to the lower four teachings.
