于時應長元年九月二十八日，於東大寺戒壇院，以尊勝院之御本加反點了。但文字散散，極不審多。有後覽者，可有交定候也。

At that time, on the twenty-eighth day of the ninth month in the first year of the Ōchō era, in the Ordination Hall (Kaidan-in) of Tōdai-ji, [I] added reading marks (kaeriten) using the venerable copy from the Sonshō-in. However, the characters were scattered and there was much that was extremely doubtful. May those who read it later examine and collate it.
