問：「夫性有昏明，命有厚薄。法衣如法，成規則難；大聖乘權，故當有致。請為疏解，用濟時緣？」

Question: "Now, human faculties are either dim or bright, and their karmic lots are either rich or poor. To make a Dharma robe strictly according to the Dharma and fulfill the rules is difficult; the Great Sage employed expedient means, so there must surely be principles for this. Please explain them in detail so as to assist the circumstances of the times."
